Part of the Alternative Sonic Visions series, Get Lucky takes Daft Punk’s disco classic somewhere darker, more electronic and cinematic. Rather than recreating the original’s unmistakable disco-funk production, the track is completely rebuilt around driving electronic rhythms, layered synths, processed vocals and expansive atmospheric textures. Familiar melodies emerge through a denser, more nocturnal production — less disco celebration, more neon-lit after-hours — continuing the series’ exploration of how radically a familiar song can change when its sonic identity is reimagined.
Nicolas Rixon — C'est Si Bon (Single, June 2026)

C’est Si Bon takes 60s girl-group pop and reframes it through an unmistakably 80s lens. Co-written and produced with Nicolas Rixon, we built the track around a deliberately playful “DX-7 Doo-Wop” aesthetic — combining lush vocal arrangements and romantic pop melodrama with Linn 9000, Roland and Simmons-inspired production.
Bright and deceptively breezy on the surface, the song masks something more emotionally complicated underneath.
Hedgeriders — Hard Road Home (EP May 2026)

Following my work co-producing and mixing Hedgeriders’ first EP Villagelands, Hard Road Home develops the band’s distinctive acoustic folk-pop sound across a new collection of songs. Built around Lyn Gameson’s songwriting and the band’s collaborative arrangements, the record brings together acoustic guitar, double bass, violin, banjolele, percussion and layered vocals. My role was to mix and master the EP, preserving the warmth and character of the performances while giving the songs greater depth, dynamics and cohesion — keeping the sound intimate and unmistakably theirs.
